Our team consists of highly skilled and experienced professionals, including Specialist Leaders of Education (SLEs) and National Leaders of Education (NLEs). These individuals are not just experts in their fields; they are passionate educators dedicated to sharing their knowledge and driving improvement across the educational landscape.
Affordable Access to Top-Tier Talent
Understanding the budget constraints that schools often face, we have structured our support to be as accessible as possible. Our SLEs are available at a limited cost of £200 per day, and our NLEs at £300 per day. This pricing policy ensures that our top-tier educational support is within reach for schools seeking to drive improvement by having highly skilled colleagues supporting them.

Our team offers a variety of roles and services tailored to meet the unique needs of each school. This includes but is not limited to:
Curriculum Development: We are committed to high quality professional learning that focuses on what makes great teaching, subject knowledge development and sound formative assessment practice. Curriculum design is driven by curriculum expert SLEs in our Trust, which supplements the stand-alone traditional subject leader role.
Leadership Support: Enhancing the skills of school leaders to effectively manage and inspire their teams. Strategic planning. Self evaluation. Leaders can support in a variety of ways from learning walks to book study.
Teaching Excellence: Focusing on classroom strategies and teacher development to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
Strategic Planning: Assisting in the development of comprehensive and sustainable school improvement plans.
Governance Support: Strengthening governance structures to ensure effective oversight and strategic direction.
Inclusive Education: Promoting equity and inclusion, with special attention to SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) and disadvantaged pupils.
